Description:Hello! I want to sublet my fully furnished apartment in Berlin city center (Prenzlauerberg) starting from AUGUST the 25th. It's a very clean, cozy, bright, sunny, warm, comfortable, 40 mq flat with a beautiful balcony and a great view. It's a typical Berlin apartment, freshly renovated (2010), located in a building from the beginning of the century, high ceilings, beautiful wooden floor, charming decorative 'stuck' on the ceiling, furnished and decorated with taste and plenty of nice details. It's fantastic located in the city center, in a small and quite street of Prenzlauerberg (Sonnenburger strasse 74), one of the most beautiful and lively areas of Berlin, and just a few hundred meters from the metro station (U-Bahn and S-Bahn) SCHÖNHAUSER ALLEE. The neighborhood is very safe day and night, quite and green but at the same time plenty of things to do. Shops, supermarkets, art galleries, bars, clubs, cafes, restaurants, flea markets, parks in the area, the flat is walking distance from the famous Mauer Park, Eberswalder strasse, Helmholtzplatz, right in front of the former Vitra Design Museum. All public transports available: tram (M10), bus and metro (S-Bahn and U-Bahn). It has 1 spacious bedroom/​livingroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen/​dining room, 1 small but comfortable bathroom (with shower). There's a double bed in the bedroom, so it's perfect for 2 people, but two extra single beds are available if needed. There is everything needed for daily life: free WIRELESS CONNECTION, washing machine, fridge, coffee-machine, water cooker, all the necessary kitchenware, iron, hair-dryer, electric stove with oven, shower, tv, dvd player, central heating, hot water, fan, etc. You'll find a city map in the apartment and lots of recommendations for restaurants, bike rentals, activities in the area. 2nd floor. The price for the apartment will be 50 eur per day and includes 2 people. 10 extra eur per person (per night) are charged, up to max. 4 people. People who plan to stay for long periods will be preferred. People staying at least one week (7 nights) will have a discount: 320 eur instead of 350 eur. Full equipped bar, cellar with a wine collection, one queen bedroom with direct access onto a patio in the back garden and full equipped SPA with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam.
