The location is so tranquil and secluded with one of Big Bear Lake best Bear Mountain views. There is a fantastic snow play area at the base of the property, accessed by stairs on the lower level, for more fun. In addition, the entrance to the San Bernadino National Forest is at the end of the street offering endless trails for more snow play, exploration and enjoyment of nature.The second level, there is a stunning living room and formal dining area with eight chairs, along with the grand kitchen, including microwave, dishwasher, custom cabinets, fantastic counter-island bar with additional seating for six. The living room has floor to ceiling soaring windows, views, a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD and wireless internet access. There is a half bathroom available off the living room area. The living and dining room onto the expansive back decking equipped with a natural gas BBQ and views of the mountains and lake. The first master bedroom is located on the main level of the home with a queen bed, private three forth bath plus flat screen TV.The other three bedrooms are offered on the lower level along with separate laundry room and three forth bath in the lower hallway. The master bedroom downstairs has a king size bed with full private bath, flat screen TV, DVD, gas log fireplace and access to the back deck with brand new outdoor spa and Bear Mountain slopes views. The second bedroom has two bunk bed sets (four twins) and the forth bedroom which is open (no door) has a queen Murphy bed, gas log fireplace, flat screen TV,Foosball table and allows access to the lower deck and spa.Warning this home is not allowing for any pets of any kind.
