The villa enjoys an exclusive waterside position and the proximity to Ravello, where all the musical and cultural events are held. This beautiful residence belongs to an old aristocratic family, it has that special charm and character typical of period homes with a rich historical background with majolica tiled floors, many ceramics, and high arched ceilings throughout. The villa is a restored paper mill that was converted a long time ago, like many others in the area, into two large private apartments. The views from the house are magnificent, the water is just below the property, with private access to the sea and three large private terraces, each equipped with lounge chairs and sun umbrellas.
