Description:This house has been individually decorated, painted, furnished and window dressed to the highest standard. In the lounge there is a 50 cable TV, a DVD player and a music centre with CD library and many books. The lounge has a ceiling fan. There are comfortable sofas and a love seat to lounge in. The dining area boasts a large table and chairs plus a buffet hatch. There is highspeed WiFi internet access and local/long distance phone service. The lounge over looks the pool area that is accessed via large sliding patio doors from the nook area. Dining Area, Nook and Kitchen The nook with it's table, 4 chairs, 3 bar stools and bakers tray leads into the full size re-modelled kitchen with granite breakfast bar and black appliances including a side by side opening fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser in the door and a glass topped range. The kitchen and dining area has separate crockery and cutlery to be found in the buffet hutch - there are plenty of large size pots, pans and cookware and a crock pot for larger groups. There is also extra lighting in the kitchen. Everything is supplied for your comfort during your stay. Pool and Spa. The pool spa has an extra pump to give enhanced bubbles, there are 2 fans over the lanai lounges, table and chairs. There are 4 loungers around the pool. There is plenty of patio 'glassware' and plates etc for use around the pool and on the lanai. Gas BBQs can be hired in at a cost of $55 per week tax if required Garage / Games Room The garage has a pool table, air hockey, a dart board and a free standing fan for your comfort. There is an ironing board, steam iron, hairdryers in each bathroom, plenty of linens for all beds, bathrooms and kitchen. A very large washer and dryer are also in the garage. There are also coloured towels for use at DSNYs Retreats' pool. Also provided is a full size crib, a highchair, a pack n' play and a booster seat. Bedrooms The sleeping accommodation is 2 x King ensuites downstairs with either 37 or 32 cable flat TVs, DVD/CD players and 1 x twin suite downstairs with cable TV & DVD/CD player PS/2. Upstairs is 1 x King suite with cable TV & DVD & CD player and a Full with Single bunk over suite with cable TV & DVD/CD player an XBOX360. Please bring your own favourite games for the consoles. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and large closets. Each bedroom has its own full size bathroom with either walk in shower or shower over tub. RENTAL RATES The cost of this home is from $150 per night in low season rising to $215 in holiday/high season. Pool heat is an optional extra but is recommended from Oct thru April at a cost of $165 per week or $25 per night. Maximum occupancy of this home is 11. Please add 13% Florida sales tax to all prices quoted. Terms and Conditions of Booking A $300 or £300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
