From our picture window, you can see as far as Mt Diablo in the east bay (for visitors, that means across the SF bay)! This unit is also conveniently located near public transportation (48 bus line) or if you have a car, very easy parking. Our apartment is actually 2 BR, but only one room we are allowing access to b/​c the other room is used for business and a work space. It has a full kitchen, full bathroom, fireplace, mirrored closets, nice sized bedroom, lots of sunlight (2 sky lights in apartment), beautiful backyard in the complex filled with purple flowers, nice, quiet neighbors and a tremendous view as mentioned. We also have one kitty (Mr Bugs) who would also be staying with you and could use some company/​love while we're gone. He's VERY low maintenance and is such a wonderful cat. He's very loving, yet may hide for most of the time you are in the house b/​c he gets a little scared with new folks. If you're lucky, he may come and visit with you and cuddle! There is a laundry unit in our apartment building one floor down from us. It's a very short walk and very convenient! We are open to whomever is interested, yet I am sure couples would most enjoy this opportunity. If there are 2 couples, the living room couch is a fold out bed, so this unit can accomodate a total of 4 people.
