Description:Sleeping six people in three bedrooms, this single storey cottage is just four miles from Aberystwyth. Cwm Derw is a welcoming detached bungalow four miles from Aberystwyth. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one with a three-quarter size bed) and a twin room, along with a shower room and cloakroom. There is a kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area. Outside is a building with utility area, games room with pool table and wet-room area for washing off bikes or beach items. There is also off road parking, and an enclosed garden with lawn and patio with furniture, with some lovely countryside views. Cwm Derw makes a wonderful family base, as it is within reach of Aberystwyth, steam railways, bike trails, sandy beaches and more. n nAmenities: Oil central heating. A typically Victorian promenade lines the seafront and the cliff-top ruins of Aberystwyth castle dominate the entire town.
