Description:Bow Bear Manor is a estate which only a few minutes to the Bear Mountain and Snow Summit Ski Resorts. The property has a views of the mountains off the backside of this spectacular family retreat for larger groups. This two story retreat has six lovely bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms plus gorgeous views of the slopes of Bear Mountain. Just minutes to the shopping, lake or village areas and the many other attractions of Big Bear Lake. The huge kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave and all the essentials to make the meals for the group. The first of two dining tables will seat approximately ten guests and the other dining table will seat another six. A half bath and laundry room are available off the kitchen. The giant living room has a wood burning stove, flat screen mounted TV, DVD, wireless internet, leather couches, recliners and plenty of room for everyone to kick back and look out the French doors that lead out to the back deck with charcoal BBQ and back yard. There is a sunken area in the living room with comfy sitting with a wood burning fireplace. The front sitting area of the living room offers a game table, more couches, sofa sleeper, half bath and a separate den with a TV, DVD and a sofa sleeper.There are four bedrooms located on the first floor of this fantastic escape. The first master bedroom has a king size, TV, DVD, private bath plus access to the back deck and yard. The second and third bedroom has a queen size bed, one forth bath, TV and DVD. The forth bedroom downstairs is thru the front of the living room with a queen size bed, TV, DVD, half bath and access to the back deck and yard. On the upstairs level at the top of the stairs is a kickback fun area with comfy chairs, air hockey and Foosball tables. The 5th bedroom on this level has a queen size bed, TV, DVD, one forth bath (tub only) and the 6th bedroom has a king size bed, TV, DVD and shares a one forth bathroom with the upstairs hallway.Electric fireplaces in the home are just decorative and do not function.
