Description:I am subletting my apartment during 2 weeks this summer because I'm going out of town myself. it is available from the 24th of june until the 7th of july( 1 day earlier or later is negotiable). This is a one bedroom apartment, perfect for one or a couple visiting the city. The place is a duplex on the second floor, on the first floor is another apartment, on the ground floor a clothing store. The apartment is accessible through a staircase (good workout) . Kitchen, dining and sitting area are on the lowest level, this is where you enter the place. On the open mezzanine is the bedroom, in the room next to it is the bathroom with toilet, sink and bathtub with shower. However the nicest place of the apartment in summertime is the large terrace on the back. A quiet place of approx. 20 square meters to enjoy your breakfast or lunch outside (there is a pick-nick table) or to just take a break and read a book in the sun. The place is located on a stones-throw of Antwerp's must sees in a pleasant street with several small shops and some cosy cafes, restaurants and squares. It is easily reachable by several tram lines. Some of them even come through the street and stop on a one minute walk from the apartment. Central station is 10 minutes away with public transportation, from there you can easily visit other places in Belgium: Bruges, Brussels, Gent, Liege, ... This place is ideal for a short visit to Antwerp and Belgium. It is cheaper and much more cosy than staying in a hotel and you will have the place to yourself. The terrace is very charming and unique, you will hardly find something like this so close to the city centre. I have wifi and there is heating, but you probably won't need it in summertime.
