Parking places all around.Shops - food/drinks7days big food and drink store (carrefour express) and little grocery store down the street (2 min walk)All kind of shops down the street (2 min walk) such as press shop, bakery, fastfood kebap and fries, ...Apartment Nice, clean wide and brand new entrance, always nicer than a crowded dirty narrow stair :-) Secure metal door for scared people :-)Big living room with huge dinner table, desk/study corner, nice and confortable sofa (it's possible to sleep on or two persons) with cable tv projected directly on the wall (1,6 meters diag frame and home cinema soundsystem! super nice for movie night :) ) Huge terace (20 suare meters) facing south east for cosy breakfast in the sun or just relaxing on weekends! ultra quiet!Fully equiped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, cooking place, ...) with all cooking material for food lovers. SituationC'est un chouette appartement une chambre situé près des institutions européennes (rond point Meiser, quartier Schumann, proche de la place Dailly). C'est un chouette quartier, sympa et rassurant (aucun soucis de sécurité par exemple). TransportsVous trouverez des trams, des bus et la gare de schaerbeek en bas de la rue (de 2 à 5 minutes à pieds selon l'arrêt), la chaussée de Louvain et le place Dailly sont à 5 min à pieds pour les bus, Schummann à 15 min pour la gare et le métro. Vous trouverez tout autour dans le quartier pas mal de places de parking si vous êtes en voiture.Commerces Carrefour ouvert 7j/7 jusque 20h et petite épicerie toute sympa juste au bas de la rue.Plein d'autre petits magasin à moins de 5 min de marche (presshop, fastfood Kebap, boulangerie, etc.) Appartment Grande entrée dans l'immeuble avec amménagement neuf, propre et moderne (c'est toujours chouette de rentrer dans un bel espace propre), porte d'appartement blindée. L'appartement est au premier étage, vous trouverez un grand salon/salle à manger avec table pour manger à 8, coin bureau, salon avec un grand canapé super confortable (possibilité de dormir à une ou deux personnes) et la télévision diffusée par rétroprojecteur (écrand de 1m60 de diagonale, home cinéma, super chouette pour les soirées film!) Une grande terasse de 20 mètres carrés exposée sud est, super pour les petits dèj au soleil ou pour se relaxer le weekend!Cuisine super équipée (four, microondes, lave-vaisselle, frigo, congélateur, taques de cuisson, ...) avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner! Il y a aussi un petit ilot pour les petit dèj à deux :-)Toilettes séparées.Grande chambre à coucher avec un grand lit (160) et de la litterie de qualité super confortable. Il y a aussi un grand dressing pour ranger les vêtements.Une grande salle de bain avec lave-linge, séchoir à vêtements, baignoire avec douche. Voilà! C'est un appartement vraiment agréable, super calme et spacieux. J'y vis la plupart du temps et j'apprécie beaucoup! J'espère que vous vous y sentirez bien aussi. J'attends juste des locataires qu'ils soient respectueux et soigneux de l'espace et des objets puisque que c'est l'endroit où j'habite la plupart du temps :-)Une petite remarque quand même importante : j'ai un chat (il ne sera pas là quand vous venez bien sur) mais même si je nettoie de fond en comble, il peut rester quelques poils de chats par ci par là, donc je préfère prévenir les éventuels allergiques pour ne pas qu'ils soient incommodés ,-)N'hésitez pas à me contacter si vous avez des questions!Valentine
