On occasion, due to guest’s failure to read or print out their check-in instructions, lack of knowledge on how to open a lockbox, or other problems that could be avoided, we receive these “midnight phone calls.”We are not a hotel/motel employing personnel on round the clock 8 hr. shifts, and it would be unreasonable to expect your host to be on call 24/7 so phone calls/emails outside of our regular business hours will NOT be responded to! Upon availability, in the event your after hours call is returned, there will be an “assisted check in” charge of $50. LOST AND FOUND: We hold lost items in our office for approximately a month, but do not mail items left behind to guests. MAIL: Any guest mail delivered through USPS will be returned to sender! We only allow mail through a delivery service (UPS, Fed. Ex, etc.) but we will not sign for it or accept responsibility. PARKING: Free street parking provided in front of our property. There are no meters, restrictions, or parking fees. If all spaces are taken, park on our side of the street. Never park along the outside of trash containers lined up along the curb on Fridays, as you will prevent the trash removal truck access! Always park behind the cans. PETS: Never leave small pets unattended outdoors in the early morning hours or after dusk, as coyotes roam the area. No additional pets permitted without pre-approval. REFERRAL PROGRAM: Much of our business is by referral from satisfied guests. Get one night FREE on your next stay after the completed booking of each referral. REFUNDS: We have a strict NO REFUND POLICY. This means no credit, no reimbursement, no cancellations, no switching dates, units, or guests for any reason whether due to injury or death, change of plans, flight problems, dissatisfaction with rental, natural disaster aka “Acts of God,” etc. NO EXCEPTIONS SO DO NOT ASK. Getting around is easy, with access to the 2, 5 and 134 Freeways just minutes away (see detailed list below). n nAccess this non-smoking penthouse apartment through a private entry and find over 800 square feet of comfort and privacy. This home is comprised of the entire top floor of the building (2nd floor), windows look out on 3 sides and with no common walls, it feels just like a house. Air conditioning for the hot summer months and 2 heaters, living room and bedroom, for winter ensure your comfort 24/7, 365 days a year. n nThe cozy bedroom features a high quality queen size pillow-top mattress, 4 feather pillows and comfy sheets, which make for a restful night's sleep A huge closet and wardrobe fit all your clothes easily.
