Two bedrooms are located on this lower level, one has a double bed with a carpeted floor, the other has single over single bunk beds. There are two bathrooms at the cottage. On the main level is a 4-piece and on the lower level there is a 2-piece. For your convenience there is a laundry room on the upper level at the cottage with washer and dryer. Relax and enjoy the sun on the upper level deck. There you will find a patio table and umbrella, four chairs, and propane BBQ available for your use. Make use of the fire pit and enjoy roasting marshmallows or catch up on a good book while lounging in the Muskoka chairs. On warmer days, the lower level patio provides a nice shaded place to sit back and relax. The property is a short walk, drive or cycle (1.6km) to beautiful Burnt Point on Georgian Bay for a great place to swim. The sand beaches of Dunk's Bay –, are just 3 kilometres away. Walk or bike the 1.5 kilometres into Little Tub Harbour in the heart of the village of Tobermory for shopping, eating out, boat cruises and much more. Don't forget to visit Bruce Peninsula National Park for hiking opportunities or the National Park Visitor Centre for fun with the kids!
