Description:Cottage Profile Custom designed 1500 square foot waterfront cottage located on sand beach in Red Bay, on the shores of Lake Huron. The cathedral ceilings, natural pine floors and numerous windows throughout the cottage give it a very bright, warm and very open feel. With sliding glass doors in both the living room and craft room, you have a great view of the outdoors. In the large living room you will find a huge stone fireplace which is the focal point of the room. Surrounding the fireplace is a couch and four seats for you to sit and watch the open flame of the fire for a romantic evening in. At one end of the living room is the dining area, which contains a large table suited to comfortably seat six. Adjacent to the living room is a fully loaded craft room, complete with board games, craft materials, and toys, great for entertaining children on rainy days. Yet another room in which you get a wonderful view through the many windows of the large, grassy yard beckoning children to come out and play. There is also a stream that runs through the property by the beach with frogs and minnows for children to enjoy. The cottage is centrally located to many attractions. It's only a fifteen minute drive to Sauble Beach and Wiarton. There are 4 golf courses within 30 km, there is great hiking on the Bruce Trail 10 km away and the Bruce Peninsula National Park is a 40 minute drive. There are plenty of paved back country roads to explore in the area for cyclists. Or if you are into mountain biking there are great trails at Sauble Beach. There is also a unique mountain biking park at the Bruce Peninsula Mountain Bike Adventure Park just 15 mins away.
