Description:Our 5th floor Maui Kaanapali Villa condo on the beach is one of the best values in Kaanapali. There is a stunning ocean view from our condo, beautiful beachfront pool to use, beachfront bar and restaurant also. The property is right on the white sandy beach of Kaanapali, and the price is amazingly affordable! nThis amazing and spacious condo with a view is over 1,000 sq.ft of living area. It has 2 queen beds in bedroom and a top of the line queen sofa bed in the living room.This is very large condo and is twice the size of most all other one bedrooms in Kaanapali. It sleeps 2-6 very comfortably. nThe kitchen was remodeled in 2008. There are custom cherrywood cabinets, granite countertops, 18X18 new tile, new appliances and undercounter lighting. Everything you may need to cook up your favorite gourmet dinner is provided in this condo kitchen. We just completed our second phase of the remodel. From 3 coats of new paint to new carpet, everything is new. We have a walk in tiled shower with designer mosaic. Our vanity area was completely redone. Please see the pictures. nThere is a new wall mounted flat screen HDTV in the living room. We have stashed a good supply of TV movies there also. If the younger kids want to watch cartoons we have an additional wall mounted HDTV in the bedroom. Both TVs are hooked up to cable and both have Blu Ray players.. Internet DSL is also available for those who bring their laptop. nThe condo comes equipped with 3 Morey boogie boards, beach sand toys and beach chairs and towels. Snorkeling equipment can be rented at our beachfront kiosk. nWater play is phenomenal in the warm waters of Kaanapali. You can see fishes of every color of the rainbow along with turtles frolicing among the coral. On Kaanapali Beach there are surf lessons, jet skiing, parasailing, very good snorkeling at Black Rock, and boat trips. Good restaurants and very good shopping is available at Kaanapali 's Whaler Village. We are only 3 miles north of the old the historic whaling town of Lahaina. There is good night life there including magic shows, cultural events, waterfront restaurants and lots of shopping. nThe grounds of our Beachfront complex called Maui Kaanapali Villas have just been remodeled and redone. We have 2 brand new pools with thatched rood umbrelas, jacuzzi 's and waterfalls. Our Landscaping has been redone with beautiful flowering tropical plants of heliconia, ginger, beautiful hybiscus ',lawai ferns, fan palms and tea plants. We have just finished a 1.5 million lobby renovation which is beautiful, and comfortable.
