Description:It (250 metres squared indoors, 550 metres squared outdoors) comprises of a main house and a separate annex with 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) each with en-suite bathroom with wall mounted shower.The entrance is via the main road into the car park, which has space for 2/3 cars. From the car park, the main entrance leads to a small lounge area with a door to a spacious bedroom. It is furnished with a double bed and a single sofa bed. It has an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, TV, in built wooden robe, antique chest of drawers and sliding iron shutters, which open to the lovely balcony with blue printed tiles, sun loungers and sea view.From the lounge area, a stone staircase (20 steps) take you down to the spacious dining/sitting room with seating for 12 and sliding iron shutters, which open to the terrace with in built seating, blue and yellow printed tiles, wicker chairs and sea views. On the left of the sitting room, a small corridor leads to 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower. The larger bedroom has windows with sea view, the other has French doors opening to a side terrace. On the right of the sitting room is a fourth spacious bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and windows with sea views.The dining room has a table seating for up to 14 people. It has a door opening to the kitchen and another door opening directly onto the terrace, which is equipped with a round ceramic table seating 14 people and a barbecue. The fully equipped kitchen has 8 gas rings, an American refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and French window opening directly onto the terrace.The annex has 2 bedrooms, one double with wrought iron bed head, the other with twin beds, both with TV, white and blue printed tiled floors, windows to the back of house and blue French doors opening to the terrace. Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower and doors to the terrace. From this terrace, 19 steps lead up to the parking area and 15 steps lead down to the second level, (reachable also from the sitting room through an internal staircase of 12 steps) covered by a beautiful bougainvillea pergola, with outdoor furniture, dining table, 12 seats, garden seats, in built seatings and outside lightings. 3 steps lead down to a further terrace with garden seats and rocking chairs surrounded by palms, green olive groves, pine trees and splendid views over the sea. A further 40 steps down, you can reach the third and lower level, which has comfortable and furnished outdoor spaces, swimming pool (8x4), 2 showers, covered dining area for al fresco meals with table and chairs for 12 and beautiful views over the sea below.Access is via a remote-controlled gate situated at road level, opening onto the parking area.
