The terrace is of good size with outdoor chairs and tables. The lounge opens on to the terrace through large sliding glass doors and makes a fabulous indoor/outdoor area. The room has a three seater couch and Ottoman, a small LED TV with a satellite box and free to air European channels. The dining area has table that can seat 2/4 with two chairs and two stools. n nThe modern kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave with grill, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, kettle,toaster and cooking utensils etc.. The bathroom is of good size and has a full bath/shower. n nThe bedroom has a large double bed (1.6m x 2m), chest of drawers, bedside table and walk in wardrobe. The second (good size) terrace leads off the bedroom, and overlooks the swimming pool. The two terraces mean that there is always a place to sit in the sun or in the shade at any time of the day! n nThis is the first year our partment is for rent and all the furniture and fittings were new at the beginning of 2012. n nArea nAll amenities are close by, public buses are just a few minutes walk away, and can be a good way of exploring the island. If you like walking then Gozo has some excellent country walks. n nGhajnsielem (Salem's spring) is 10 minutes walk and is a typical Gozitan village with the church, the square and the shops, pubs and cafes surrounding it. nThe harbour at Mgarr 10 minutes walk the other way, is a colourful working port with brightly painted fishing boats, ferries and a marina, the area also houses some of the best pubs and restaurants on the island.
