Description:Our minimum stay during June, July and August is 7 nights-no exceptions please. r nOur classic 1910 craftsman style beach block upper cottage has been lovingly cared for by its present owners and would like to share our beach cottage with your family. The cottage is a 2 minute walk or 11 houses from the boardwalk or guarded beach @ Delancey Place. Our cottage features two floored living with the expansive awninged wrap around porch, inviting living rm, family sized dining rm, eat in kitchen, half bath and laundry rm all on the main level. The four nice sized bedrooms with window a/c units and full bath are located on the upper floor. We offer four beach badges during your stay and ask they the four beach badges be left in the cottage upon departure. r nThis cottage rents from 8pm Friday night to the following Friday @ 4pm. Many of our customer like this type of rental as they have the entire weekend at the beach and have the entire weeknd at home at the end of their vacation to get ready for the upcoming work week. r nWe only rent to families and the apartment right under this upper cottage is where we stay. r n r n

One block (11 houses) to beach and boardwalk. Beach tags and beach chairs are provided. The first floor Ocean City NJ unit is very spacious and offers single floor convenience, five steps above street level. Four bedrooms (2Q, 1D, 1S), living room with a Q sofa bed, dining room, modern kitchen, laundry room and two and 1/2 baths. Private enclosed front porch with 1 D & Q futon. A large shared rear deck with patio furniture and gas barbecue make this an outstanding value. This location also offers a near identical (4 BR, 2 & 1/2 Bath, sleeps 9) open porch unit on the 2nd floor and a smaller (2 BR, 1 Bath, sleeps 7) unit on the 3rd floor. Ocean City is a family resort. It maintains its family image with a rich, diverse religious tradition, having evolved originally from a Methodist summer vacation camp.
