Description:Located in World Famous Harbour Town! Nestled inside the prestigious Sea Pines gates, you'll find your home away from home! Bright, open and ton's of windows. 2 huge bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms (sleeps 6) on two levels including a private deck on each level to enjoy lagoon, golf and wildlife in all directions. The living room has a beautiful queen sized pullout bed so this villa will comfortably accommodate 3 families! Sleeps 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 SS. TV's in each bedroom and huge HDTV in the living room, along with DVD's on each level. Enjoy preparing meals & cocktails in the huge, eat in kitchen with lovely views from picture windows of the golf course out the front and the lagoon out the back. The laundry room/pantry have handy shelving and a full size washer and dryer. Video library, books, games & swim/beach toys. Local grocery stores will have groceries delivered to your door. Walk, jog, bike (yes, you can bike almost the entire island on the beach) play in the warm tide pools, fish, surf, fly a kite, play volleyball, kayak, wind sail, or just sit back and relax! You can take the trolly over, bike, walk or drive to the beach. It's only a few minutes from the villa! n-Known for the best biking in the South, Hilton Head is home to 108 miles of paved shared use paths. Get up close & personal with wild life! Bikes can be delivered right to your door. Once inside the Sea Pines gates, you won't need to see your car again until you leave. n-How about hopping aboard the Sea Pines Red Trolley. This is included in your stay and it picks you up right outside of our villa and takes you to our private Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach (home of the world famous Salty Dog) and Harbour Town. The trolley runs April - Labor Day. Schedule varies. Pick up and drop off right outside your door! n-Enjoy FREE tennis on our 4 clay tennis courts! There is a sign up sheet by the entrance & the code to open the combination lock is located in the villa. We are also located across from the Stan Smith Tennis Center where you can enjoy complementary court time, daily drills and kids programs. n-Situated on Pete Dye's beautiful Heron Point Golf Course.
