Description:If you don 't like elevators, crowded pool or beach, limited parking, traffic, read on. If you prefer a full unobstructed view of the beach (and the pool) and want a beach vacation experience inside and out, this is your vacation home. If you need space for your motorcycle, trailer, golf cart, extra car, look no further, you have found your vacation home! You can even bring your small (under 20 lbs) dog, with prior approval. nThis two bedroom oceanfront condo is one of only 15 units, but the pool is as big as many high rise buildings. The first floor is just five steps from the ground, this third floor condo is then just two flights up, stairs are shallow and wide, why wait for elevators? All your vacation days begin and end with a perfect view of golden sand, blue sky and the soothing sound of the ocean waves. nThe open floorplan lets the whole family enjoy the view whether on the large full width balcony, in the living room, or kitchen. Comfortable furnishings are ready for rest after days of activity, delightful decor keeps the beach vacation spirit in every day. The master bedroom a king size bed, flat screen TV and its ' own sliding door to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and direct access to a full bathroom. Ceiling fans keep air moving in every room. There is high speed internet with WiFi access, the connection is specific to this condo, so you have security for any internet business during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, small appliances, plenty of cookware. Lots of dishes, glassware and tableware are on hand. nSmall pets may be considered with individual approval, with $250 additional rent. Please call for approval before reserving with pets. Pets are prohibited unless specifically approved in advance. Dogs are not permitted on the beach between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm during the period of May 15 to September 15. nGarden City is perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to attractions and over 100 golf courses. The Garden City Beach pier, restaurants and shops are less than a mile south from Mariners Watch. The popular Conch Cafe oceanside restaurant is just a few blocks north. The Murrell 's Inlet Restaurant Row of great restaurants is just a short drive south. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants, bars and shopping are a short drive (or a pleasant, longer walk) north. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. All the attractions, dining and shopping of Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand, and the Myrtle Beach downtown boardwalk are just a bit further north. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world 's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden.
