Description:A large open plan studio space located on the 1st floor of a warehouse building that was originally used as a Framery workshop in the 20's. The apartment is light and bright with large warehouse doors, exposed brickwork and interesting decor. It is presented to a high standard, offering partitioned sleeping area, ample cooking/dining area, and separate shower room, sleeps 1-4 The studio has wireless internet, cable TV, DVD and a music system. All towels and linen provided. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher. There is also washing machine. Located in the fashionable area of Hoxton (zone 1) transport links include Old Street Station underground, Liverpool Street mainline station, and there are 24hr bus links for easy access across London. The ever buzzing Hoxton Square is just around the corner. In the heart of Shoreditch, East London's cool shops, trendy bars and popular restaurants are all in the neighbourhood. The markets of Columbia Road, Spitalfields, and Brick Lane are a short walk away. We normally have a minimum 5 night rental, but we can sometimes accommodate shorter visits if our bookings' schedule allows. A welcome folder is found in all of the apartments with information and help on using the apartment and about the local area. We supply toilet paper, cleaning products and washing powder. Television and broadband internet access are available. Please note we can not guarantee uninterrupted internet service due to unforeseen circumstances. Iron & ironing board, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven or gas cooker, crockery, cutlery, electric kettle and toaster, bed linen and towels. We are happy to supply baby cots and high-chairs if required. Check out time 10am, Check in time 2pm. Outside these hours may be possible and this needs to be arranged in advance. A late check in fee of £40 is payable for arrivals after 10pm.
