It is surrounded with private fenced grounds which include a 150 m2 garden with a lawn, plants, a 36 m2 arbor, and a private swimming pool with built-in steps. The villa also has a large terrace with furniture, six deck chairs, and a portable barbecue. A path with ten steps leads to the house, and there is a garage for two cars. n n[270 m2] nGround Floor: This modern, stylish villa has a 35m2 living/dining room on two levels with a panoramic window, an open fireplace, satellite TV, and patio/pool access. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, a cook-top, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. This floor has one bedroom with a 135 cm large single bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. nFirst Floor: Upstairs there are four bedrooms. The first large room has a 140 cm standard double bed, terrace access, and a bathroom with a tub, shower, bidet, and WC. The second and third rooms each have one 90 cm single bed and terrace access. The fourth room has a 90 cm bunk bed and access to the terrace. There is another bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. n nThis villa is located 1 km away from the center of L'Ampolla, a small fishing village about 165 km southwest of Barcelona. It is located along the bay just north of the Delta de l'Ebre, where the local economy is agriculture based, depending on rice, olives, and almonds. In town you'll find a supermarket, shops, restaurants, and a railway station. On the water there is a harbor and several different beaches on either side of town. You can always find fantastic fish and seafood in this region, and there are plentiful opportunities for hiking, cycling, and other outdoor activities. This is also a great area for photographers, as there are a variety of natural and man-influenced landscapes around the delta, including lagoons, beaches, and fields. Nearby L'Ametlla de Mar is another interesting area, incorporates several towns and 14 km of white sandy and pebble beaches. Aside from beach bumming, you can also visit a traditional pottery museum or perhaps participate in one of the annual festivals. Dates are Feb 2, May 29, and June 29.
