The dining area has a large dining table and chairs to seat up to 5 people. n nThe kitchen is separated from the rest of the apartment and is well equipped with a four burner hob, an oven and microwave as well as a toaster, coffee percolator and a kettle. There is also a large fridge/freezer, all facilitating making great meals. n nLocated in a semi partitioned alcove from the living area there is a large fold down double bed. The decorators have made use of a very modern and comfortable way to save space. The bed is not at all heavy and very easily pulls up and down. n nThe terrace overlooks sunny gardens of the hotels opposite. The Rue d'Antibes below is a picture of Cannes life yet still quiet and peaceful enough to enjoy breakfast on the terrace. n nThis is the perfect studio for attending the congresses as they are close to the Palais and all the restaurants and bars are very close by.
