The lounge has sumptuous white leather couches and scatter cushions, and a polished porcelain floor and off-shutter concrete ceiling. There is satellite TV and a DVD player for your enjoyment. The dining room table seats six guests. Full under-floor heating will ensure that guests are comfortable during the winter and during the hot summer enjoy the air-conditioning. The private wooden deck has glass balustrade, ensuring that the panoramic views are by no means compromised. A sun-worshippers delight, the class, zen-like lounger allows you to bask in style. Housekeeping services are offered all year round. There is a refresh service offered daily to guests, which involves a general cleaning of the property. Linen is replaced once a week and housekeeping can be arranged on public holidays at an additional charge. A laundry service is offered for guests' clothing at an additional cost, including washing, ironing, dry cleaning, suede and leather cleaning and treatment of all delicate fabrics. A washing machine and tumble dryer is available for guests' use. Guests are offered secure off-street parking for one car on the premises. Access is via an electricgate. The penthouse can be stocked with your choice of groceries and personal necessities, and must be arranged prior to arrival. The penthouse accommodates a maximum of 2 persons. Children under the age of 12 years are regretfully unable to be accommodated. The rates are inclusive of a breakfast at The Bay Hotel.
