Description:Set on gentle slops with a backdrop of Kogel Eco Park fynbos, these five villas offer sweeping views of the Kogel valley and the Bablionsberg and Hottentots Hollands mountains, an hour s drive from Cape Town International Airport, and twenty minutes drive from Hermanus.The vineyards encompass 500 acres (220 hectares) and lies to the west of the Cape Hottentots Holland mountain range. The area is famous for its fruit farms, the Walker Bay vineyards, flower and vegetable farms.The farm has nectarine and plum orchards, along with olive groves and lavender fields, from which wine, olive oil and essential oil is produced.Vistas from the holiday Villas encompasses the olive groves, vineyards, lavender, pockets of planted proteas, sea views and the majestic Kogelberg mountains.Visitors are welcome to use the farm for walking, cycling, picnics, birdwatching and fly-fishing.Accommodation:Villa One:Two en-suite double bedrooms (one with shower and bath and one with shower only) and one twin room with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.The spacious living room leads to a well-equipped kitchen. The villa has its own Jacuzzi, pool and gazebo with views across the valley and the Kogelberg Nature Reserve.The living room offers DSTV and a log fire which leads into a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher. A barbecue is provided on the veranda, which has views of the mountains, the Kogel Valley and Walker Bay.The swimming pool close to the house is set into the natural rock with its water pouring down the rockface into the pool. Guests can relax under the gazebo and enjoy views down the valley. A tennis court behind the house has the same spectacular views.Villa TwThere is a spacious open plan living room with DSTV and a log fire, which can also be used for indoor barbecues, dining area and a kitchen with dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are installed in the garage below with braai facilities provided on the veranda, which has views of the mountains, the Kogel Valley and Walker Bay. The villa offers two double bedrooms both en-suite with shower and bath.The house has its own outdoor pool, set into the rock, with views of the mountains and valley below.Villa Three:This split-level villa has a spacious open plan living room with DSTV and log fire, dining area and well equipped open-plan kitchen that leads onto the dining veranda. A washing machine and a dryer are installed in the adjoining double garage and braai facilities provided on the verandas, which have views over the farm s vineyards, Walker Bay and the Kogel Valley.The three large bedrooms, each with magnificent views, are en-suite with shower and bath.A small pool flows into a larger swimming pool set into the natural rock. There is also a Jacuzzi. The villa s verandas, overlooking olive groves, lavender fields and vineyards with the Kogel valley and Walker Bay in the distance, surround the house offering spectacular views in every direction.Villa Four:This villa offers three large en-suite bedrooms. It offers a spacious open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The villa has an indoor heated pool as well as an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi with spectacular views.Villa Five:A spacious open-plan living room with DSTV and log fire (which can also be used for indoor barbecues, dining area and a well equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are installed in the adjoining garage and braai facilities provided on the veranda with views over the farm s dam, down the Kogel valley to Walker Bay.
