Description:Serenity Now is a private oceanfront villa with pool located at the North end of famous 7 Mile Beach on 'Boggy Sand Road'. This newly renovated Villa offers 4 oceanfront bedrooms - 2 King rooms, 1 Queen room, a twin-over-full bunk room (all 4 on second floor with sliders to oceanfront balcony) and a twin-over-twin bunk room on first floor. There is a futon for overflow as well. Perfect for a large family or 2 small ones. The oceanfront pool/patio are elevated and very private. n nSerenity Now is located on the last remaining residential street on Seven Mile Beach. It offers guests breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea from almost every room. You are located within minutes of all the dining and amenities seven mile beach has to offer while enjoying the seclusion of a private home. Located on over 100 feet of pristine ocean front, Serenity Now sits upon a pristine stretch of barefoot, sandy beach with world class snorkeling and diving right from your backyard! n nSeclusion Without Being Remote: n nThere are 4 restaurants, a grocery store, a bank and a convenience mart all within walking distance of the villa. The Al Fresco Cafc3a9 offers beach front dining in a casual atmosphere and serves many local dishes. The Tim Buc Tu Diner is rated as one of the top restaurants in Grand Cayman on Trip Advisor. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take the two minute stroll over in the morning for all you can eat pancakes and a gourmet coffee. There is also a 24 hour Subway sandwich shop and a local fish fry and jerk chicken restaurant steps away. Fosters Food Fair, a full service grocery store, is just down the road. n nLocation, Location, Location!: n nSome of the islands most popular and beautiful dive and snorkel sites, in particular Cemetery Reef and the Kittiwake wreck (recently named the number one dive site on Grand Cayman), are DIRECTLY accessible off our beach! Should you choose to leave your private sanctuary, luxury resorts such as the Ritz and Westin, along with all their dining and amenities, are minutes away. There, you can visit the Red Sail Sports representatives to schedule a trip to Stingray City or Rum Point. Or if pure relaxation is in order, take advantage of the amazing spas. The Cayman Turtle Farm and Dolphin Discovery are located just down the road. n nNewly Renovated!: n nWhen we renovated Serenity Now, we were careful to keep its casual charm and down to earth feel. Having small children and a large family, we wanted to create a beach home that was elegant yet very comfortable, accessible, and capable of accommodating large groups. Renovations included full interior painting and new furniture with modern Caribbean dc3a9cor. An open floor plan, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new window treatments and updated bathrooms round out the interior renovations. Memory foam mattresses and ultra-soft linens add to your comfort. While the dining table inside seats 6, there are 4 additional stools at the kitchen bar and 2 additional seats in the kitchen area. The outdoor tables are light weight and can be moved into any configuration, allowing for intimate dinners or large scale family affairs. 12 lightweight chairs can be moved seamlessly from indoors to outdoors, allowing for complete flexibility when accommodating parties large and small. n nOutside, a new sandy area near the small ocean front pool and gazebo offers chaise loungers from which to enjoy the panoramic views of the crystal clear sea. The rest of the ocean front patio area contains dining and lounging areas perfect for sipping a sunset cocktail or simply taking in the amazing views. n
