Description:Stone fronted Victorian mid-terrace house in the leafy historic riverside market town of Wetherby, located haf-way between Edinburgh and London. I have one permanent female lodger with a cute no-trouble very clean cat. I have two further rooms to rent - one is a double room with twin beds which ovelooks overlooks the back garden with apple tree and ivy rimmed window. The other room is on the groundfloor - actually the living room with sofabed, at the front of the house overlooking the park.Near major towns and cities all with rail connections including York (15 mls), Harrogate (8 mls) and Leeds (15 mls) all within 20 minutes by car. We are the gateway to The North York Moors, The Dales and within a couple of hours from the wonderful Lake District. Leeds has a small international airport called Leeds-Bradford Airport (15 mls). The larger international airports are Doncaster Robin Hood (46 mls), Manchester (75mls) and Newcastle (90 mls).A1 motorway within 5 minutes, M1 within 10 minutes & M62 within 15 minutes. Wetherby is a lovely historic market town (2 markets per week) set by the River Wharfe, complete with ducks and bird life in abundance. Ducks have been known to waddle through the town! Great riverside and wooded walks for both humans and ducks!Plenty of cafes and good restaurants, bus station, library and supermarkets all within 5 minutes walk.
