Fast free wifi, easy parking, and the most convenient neighborhood in Los Angeles.Neighborhood is very walkable -- walking distance to restaurants, stores, groceries, etc., as well as a number of synagogues and kosher restaurants. Kitchen area will be stocked with coffee, tea, some bottled water, and some staples. If you're into the green thing, there's a compost pile, recycling bins, organic veggies, and a clothes line available for use. I do work out of my home so I ask that guests be quiet and respectful when utilizing the shared outdoor spaces.READ THIS TOO:If your stay is longer than 30 days there is NO Hotel Tax.However, for short term stays the nightly rate does not include Los Angeles City Hotel Tax (TOT) which is currently 14% of the room rate. We are registered with the city (not all hosts are) and so must comply with the laws. You pay the tax separately when you arrive and we pay the city.
