Or maybe plan a picnic in your own private back yard where you have a 6 person jacuzzi, BBQ, picnic table, patio furniture, grassy area and a deck. It 's even surrounded by a fence with a lock to keep the little ones safe. After a long day at the beach or walking around town, you can return home for a relaxing bath or shower in a nice claw-foot bathtub/shower with a Rinnai Hot Water Heater for that endless supply of hot water. Soaps and shampoos and blow dryer are supplied as well. The living room has a fireplace and a large 46 flat screen tv, reading library and windows galore for awesome views of colorful Mission Bay Sunsets and Sails. For your convenience we have a full size washer and dryer (with detergent and softener) inside the home. The best thing is our location! We are literally 5 minutes from Sea World and the beach. Only steps away from Mission Bay boardwalk where you can ride one of our 3 bikes, jog, rollerblade or just stroll around the entire Bay, right out your front door. There are 6 restaurants within walking distance of the house, each one offering up something a little different. You can find anything from a latte and bagel, to a fresh salad or sandwich, to specialized Hawaiian fair or the best mouthwatering hamburger in town. Public transportation bus stop is only one block away on Ingraham Street if you need to go to the SanDiego Convention Center or Petco Park or Qualcomm Stadium and you 'd rather not drive or can 't drive. And finally, we are only 15 minutes by car from the airport and downtown SanDiego Gas Lamp District and Little Italy is even closer. So stop looking, everything you need for a carefree vacation is right here. I even offer horseshoes, a cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, a child 's bike and wagon, and various children 's toys so you don 't have to pack up all that extra stuff.
