Villa Pyrennees has been tastefully refurbished ,with 11 en-suite bedrooms with underfloor heating, including two with ndisabled access, and three of which are full suites with sitting areas for relaxation. There is also a media room in an ancient barrel vault, a magnificent dining room with triple height ceiling, WIFI, a gym, and relaxation and meeting rooms, including a west facing covered terrace from which you can enjoy the spectacular sunset over the volcanoes. On-site there is also a 25 meter outdoor pool, patios and a treatment room for massages, physiotherapy and spa treatments. nVilla Pyrennees is set in the midst of the beautiful Catalan countryside,with easy access to Girona, Barcelona, the Pyrenees, the beautiful coves and beaches of the Costa Brava, and the French border. Villa Pyrennees is available for private groups, sporting clubs and teams, corporate events, weddings and for individual parties. On-site catering is available from a professional catering kitchen, with large breakfasts, lunches nand dinners, or you are welcome to use the kitchen to self cater. nEverything can be customized to suit your requirements. It also has a queen size bed, bedside tables, sofa, coffee table, large 3 door cupboard, chest of draws, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. nThe second bedroom on this floor has old stone walls, a queen size bed, easy chair, desk and chair, cupboard, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. nThe third bedroom on the second floor has wood beams, and also has a queen size bed,cupboard, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. nThe last bedroom on the Second floor has wood beams and view of the volcanoes. The bed is a queen, there are bedside tables, a cupboard, chest of drawers, easy chair, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. nOn the third floor there is a large bedroom suite with queen size bed, bedside ntables, sofa, coffee table, large 3 door cupboard, chest of draws, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. nThe second third floor bedroom has wood beams, a queen size bed, tables, easy chair, desk with chair, cupboard, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. nThe next third floor bedroom has views of the volcanoes, a queen size bed bedside tables, desk with chair, cupboard, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. nAlso on the third floor, with high ceilings, is a bedroom with two twin beds, bedside tables, desk with chair, cupboard, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. nThe final third floor bedroom has views of the pool, queen size bed, nbedside tables, chest of drawers, cupboard, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. n6 more 90cm beds that can either be exchanged for the double beds or added to any of the larger rooms to make them into a nfamily room. Villa Pyrennees can accommodate up to 26 people. nKitchen: n6 ring commercial gas stove with large over, huge commercial nextractor, microwave, 2 large fridge freezers, 2 commercial sinks,toaster, dishwasher, kettle, hand blender, juicer,and Spanish coffee maker. All that is necessary for catering to large parties is there. nLarge BBQ outside adjoining one of the patios. 26 outdoor chairs with tables and a gazebo for shade, as required. nLaundry room: washing machine, ironing board, iron, drying rack. nSitting room: 2 large sofas, bookcase, large wood burning stove, side board. nMedia room: 2 large sofas, flat screen large TV with DVD, TNT and Satellite TV. nArch room: 2 easy chairs, side board, 2 tables and extra chairs. nTerrace on top floor: sofa and 2 easy chairs with 2 coffee tables nMassage room: Massage table with sink. nThere are two powder rooms, one is located on the ground floor and the second is on the second floor. nDining room: Huge triple height room with wine side board and old nstone sink. Three large tables with 22 large chairs. More nchairs we can add if there is a large party. Everything can be arranged as required. nGym: Swiss balls, ab exerciser, weights etc. There are also water workout toys. nPool: 25m x 5.5m outdoor pool. Gated and fenced. Gazebo area for shade plus large umbrella, sun loungers, outdoor shower and chimney. nThe house has radiant heating, plus two wood burning stoves for ambiance. nLinens, towels and pool towels provided. Although it is rarely hot enough to need air conditioning, this can be arranged for in the months of July and August. Please see extra charges below. Villa Pyrennees is really the ideal location for enjoying all that this part of Spain has to offer. Other activities that can be arranged for or are easy to do from the property include: mountain biking, horseback riding, wine tasting, hot air balloon rides, golf (15 Minutes away), skiing (45 minutes), trips to the beach are only 30 minutes.
