We have a Games Room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and Darts. Our management company is also located on Remington and are happy to help with queries during our guests' stays. We have a 42 Flatscreen TV and upgraded to 500 Channels plus 100 HD channels for the family room and also have televisions in all bedrooms. We have 2 cots, 2 high chairs and 2 stair gates for little ones. We have Free High Speed Broadband Access for use with guest?s own laptop. Outside The sliding doors leading from the family room open out to the lanai enclosed sundeck and the beautiful kidney shaped pool that can be heated at an additional cost. For peace of mind the sundeck has a removable pool safety fence for use whilst young children are playing outside. On the sundeck we have 2 circular tables and 8 comfortable chairs so meals can be eaten alfresco. Palm trees, hedges and flowering bushes have been planted around the outside of the pool screen for extra privacy without blocking the all important sunshine. With the sun deck and pool facing south, guests can relax in the sun from morning until sunset lying on one of our comfortable loungers or chilling out in the clear water of our sparkling pool. The Remington Golf Club is just a couple of minutes drive away and a short walk away are tennis and basketball courts and playing areas. Prices for villa rental are per week in UK pounds. Part week's prices are pro rata. Optional Pool Heating is charged at £17 per day. We offer discounts on stays of over 16 days, late availability and long advanced bookings. £60 for cleaning for stays of 7 days or less. £ or $ payments can be made by bank transfer or cheque. Credit card payments through Paypal are subject to a 4% surcharge. A deposit of £150 per week is required when booking. The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to our guests' arrival. At the same time a separate £200 security deposit cheque is required. This cheque is held against the unlikely possibility of damage or unforeseen costs incurred by the guests or loss or damage to the sat nav if rented.
