It includes a glass cabinet with dishes, cups, and silverware, a mini electric water heater (boils water in 2 mins for your tea, hot chocolate, or maybe even your Cup O'Noodles), and a GT Express 101 (where you can make almost anything quick & easy, from omelets & breakfast burritos, to beef empanadas and even a steak & cheese scramble. -Website with several recipes will be provided). You will also find complimentary tea, coffee, and maybe a few snacks as well.Complimentary breakfast of Bagels & Cream Cheese or Eggo Waffles & Maple Syrup/Butter (unless I happen to cook (: ) will be found in the Refrigerator conveniently right down the steps from the hallway.Instead of the harsh bar soaps and low-quality shampoos, a dispenser containing truly natural and organic shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, that is not only Eco-friendly to the environment but to your hair and skin as well, has been placed on each shower wall.Some things you will never find in a hotel but you have the privilege to during your stay are, access to a full kitchen (where you can cook your own scrumptious meal to save on eating out), two large refrigerators, full house privileges, a big flat screen monitor in the living, a backyard with a jacuzzi (away from neighbors view, and w/o having a whole bunch of hotel guests crowd in on you), a big dining room with a large funky custom made dining table surrounded by comfy couches, a BBQ grill in the front yard, and a friendly host that will help you with any questions you may have. You can even bring your cute pets on vacation with you 'cause they are more than welcome here!The Kitchen comes with all the kitchenware necessary to make a little snack for yourself or a feast for plenty. You are free to use anything from a wine bottle opener to the pots, pans, and baking trays. You also have access to the kitchen's full sized refrigerator, as well as the refrigerator located down the steps from your hall. Anything that is inside the fridge/freezer with an label on it is there for you to enjoy. Located right next to the beautiful lake (Silverlake) w/ a Biking/jog path that runs alongside it all the way around, as well as a big famous dog park at the end of it. Several cute coffee shops, eateries, and your local Silverlake venues for entertainment right in the neighborhood. For those of you who dont know, there has been a really big movement of young active artists/musicians in the past couple years here in Silverlake and right next door in Echo Park. So this is a really creative community.Griffith Park is about 5-10 mins away for those who like to hike, play tennis/soccer, go swimming, ride the merry-go-round x), or just relax and maybe have a weekend picnic/bar-b-q. The L.A. Zoo is right by Griffith as well! A Museum is right across the Zoo.The L.A. river is about 5 mins away where you will also find a bike/jogging trail and a pretty entrance with nature and benches to take a stroll down and relax. Within 7 minutes you will find the hip, quirky neighborhood of Sunset Junction. Funky shops, cafes, and yummy restaurants. Tuesday/Saturday Farmers Market. Upcoming Sunset Junction Festival! *Hollywood* is about 8 mins away. On the next street you will find: *Ralphs *Cvs *Starbucks*Brand new library *Banks *Coin Laundry Trader Joes within 6 mins right by a really good/really low priced manicure/waxing salon! Transportation & Fwys:*Metro is 5 mins walking distance*5, 101, & 2 fwys are all within 3-7 mins away for easy access to several areas in LA. *I have two bicycles that I can also rent out to you. You may use them for joining other bikers that bike around the lake, for a little work-out, for group rides that are set up all over L.A. (including the hipster rides) where you can meet all kinds of local people, and theyre also great for transportation! A lot of people all over L.A. have either decided to save on gas money or become more fitness or eco-friendly so the roads have also become more rider friendly and safe. All buses have a bike rack which will hold your bike. ***DISCOUNTS!*** This will be returned to you upon arrival. I offer discounts on rentals of multiple rooms based on a daily, weekly, or monthly rental and how many rooms you rent.--Monthly Rentals already have a discount so the extra multiple room discount will be the same as Bi/Tri Weekly Rentals> I am providing these discounts to help you out but keep in mind that I do have to pay rent myself, utilities, cleaning (sometimes even daily), and all of the extras provided to you.
