Description:The apartment is 125 m2 and was refurnished in 2009 with new beds, sofas, chairs and TV. The living room is 40 m2 and has large windows which give it a very sunny and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally the apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms. 3 bedrooms each with 2 mattresses. It is possible to get extra beds in the form of guest beds or weekend bed. There is TV and internet access in all rooms. The 2 sofas in the living room are sofa beds which can be used for accommodation. Folded can easily put 2 adults in each bed. Pillow and duvet for 12 people. Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional charge. The apartment is built together with our house but has a separate entrance. There are two separate terraces which leisure guests are most welcome to use. One has access from the living room with sun most of the day it. The second beautifully placed in the garden. The garden is secluded with large trees and has a big lawn with a small lake in the middle. There is also a fireplace, a trampoline and various garden games. The apartment is located 75 meters from the public playground. The apartment is ideal for older people who want to relax and perfect for families who want to be where children can socialize.
