Es hat einen Elektrospeicherofen und zus tzlich hat es Elektroradiatoren in jedem Zimmer. Wenn man den Schwedenofen in der Stube einheizt, wird es wohlig warm. Im Sommer muss man nicht heizen, da machen wir tags ber eher die L den zu, damit es nicht zu heiss wird im Haus. Der nahe Bach bringt jedoch immer eine angenehme Frische, und wir k hlen uns regelm ssig mit einem Bad beim Wasserfall ab.Je nach Jahreszeit findet man im Garten Kirschen, Feigen, Pfirsiche, Trauben, Kastanien (beim Wasserfall), Nispeln und Kakis. Es hat viele Palmen und die Samen keimen wie Unkraut. Wir versuchen uns auch mit Gem se. Letztes Jahr hatten wir mit Bohnen und K rbissen besonderes Gl ck. Unsere Blumen sind haupts chlich Rosen und Kamelien.Das Ferienhaus liegt 5 Minuten von der der Buslinie Bellinzona-Locarno entfernt. Am Dorfrand, in den Reben, nahe beim Wasserfall, wo manche Leute das ganze Jahr durch baden gehen (suche nach zapfigbaden). Man kann relativ nahe hinfahren, doch nur zum ausladen. Der ffentliche Parkplatz ist etwa 200 Meter weit weg. Wir ziehen jedoch G ste vor, die wie wir mit den ffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen.Gudo ist ganz normales Tessiner Dorf. Wenig Einkaufsm glichkeiten, daf r ein paar nette Gasth user. In den nahen St dten Bellinzona oder Locarno ist meistens etwas los. Dorthin gibt es gute Busverbindungen, sogar bis sp t am Abend. Zum Einkaufen fahren wir mit dem Bus zum Coop in Sementina oder zum Migros nach Tenero. Dann sind wir nach einer Stunde wieder zuhause.Meistens haben wir einen etwas wackeligen Internet-Zugang via WLAN (f r ein paar Emails reicht es meistens und auch unsere Webcam KakiCam l uft ber diese Verbindung). Kein Fernsehen. Es hat aber einen PC mit ein paar sch nen, alten Filmen. Wer einen tragbaren Computer dabei hat, kann bei einem Spaziergang durchs Dorf und beim Kinderspielplatz offene drahtlose Internetzug nge finden.F r Abf lle k nnen orange Plastiks cke gekauft werden, die die Geb hren beinhalten. Im Dorf k nnen PET-Flaschen, Glas, Metall, und Batterien in speziellen Beh ltern entsorgt werden. K chenabf lle geben wir den H hnern oder dem Kompost.Auch wenn das Haus noch im Dorf ist, ist es doch von Natur umgeben, und man kann alles antreffen, was ein Wanderer in der Gegend antreffen kann: Spinnen, Skorpione (nicht wirklich gef hrliche), Schlangen (die meisten ungiftig, ausser vielleicht nach starken Regenf llen), Ameisen (laufen manchmal durchs Haus), Eidechsen (die sind berall und niedlich), Gl hw rmchen (im Sommer manchmal ganz viele), Schnecken (die wir hassen), und nachts kommen manchmal wilde Tiere, die auf den Fussweg scheissen (man nennt das Losung).
