Description:My flat is available for whole the month of August. The flat is a clean, beautiful, renovated apartment in an old building. It is bright and minimal with high ceilings and wood floors. It is sunny and located on the hoch patere level, so it is high up off of the street but on the lower level -- ideal because it is nice and cool during the summer. The features include very large bathroom with shower and tub, and a guest bathroom (water closet) as well. There is also a fully working kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and high speed internet available for your use. The location is both extremely convenient and pleasant in Berlin, as it is at the Schlesisches Tor U-1 station, and is just one block from Treptower and Gorlitzer Parks, and the Spree River. The neighborhood has great restaurants, cafes, bars, night spots, and other conveniences just around the corner, however the flat itself is nestled near a children's park and is located on a very calm and quiet street. The city center is about 15 minutes away by bike, and most museums and features of the city are about 20 - 30 minutes away by bike or U-bahn. I also have two bikes that I could lend. Description:I'm an airbnb host who usually rents out a single room in our place, but for about 2.5 weeks, from Aug. 13-Sep. 1, we will be away we're seeking a very responsible, reliable family or person to rent our whole apartment during that time. Total price would be $1,000 (i had a hard time figuring out how to make airbnb list a one-time rate of $1,000 so i just put it at $53 night which is about the same thing.) This is a 3 bedroom family apt, in a small and friendly coop building. The neighborhood itself is in the heart of the Columbia University area, close to transportation that will take you anywhere in the city. (On the number 1 train). The apartment has one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with a twin and one bedroom with a double size pullout couch. There are 1 1/​2 bathrooms and free wireless. Normally, we live with two cats who I think are not going to be there during your stay, but am mentioning for those who might have cat allergies. You're welcome to come see the place and in fact, would be great to meet whomever comes to stay here. If you have more questions, feel free to e mail.
