Dienten, located between Bischofshofen, Saalfelden and Zell am See in a small valley up in the mountains in Salzburg State. This is a fantastic place to vacation all year round. During the winter you will be able to ski-in and ski-out right from our doorstep and many of the summer hiking trails start right outside our door. If you are looking for easy walks or full day hikes - in Dienten you will find it all! The ski area is perfect for any type of skier, but the high elevation and interesting terrain definitely will offer opportunities to challenge any advance skier (or snowboarder.) Come and see for yourself, we are sure you will fall in love with Dienten and our Hüttchen! Our apartment is the top floor of a typical austrian-style wooden house. With two bedrooms and an additional sleeper couch in the living room, it is perfectly suited for 4-6 persons. You will enter the apartment through our large sun terrace. Inside you will find a large and cozy living room with dining area, an open kitchen, and an old wood-burning oven. The bedrooms, with large queen beds, each have a Television, and the large bathroom offers a round bathtub and a separate shower-stall. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all dishes, pots and pans etc. The wood-burning oven is available, in the winter, for extra heating comfort and for cooking. Further you will find a comfy rocking chair, a stereo, games, books and toys for kids. On the terrace, toboggans, snow shovels, as well as a sun umbrella, a table with chairs, and a BBQ grill are available for your use.
