The building has three stories, with a total of four apartments, of which this is one. The second floor is occupied by the owner, while the ground floor has two other units. This apartment consists of the entire first floor, and the main garden and patio with marble columns are reserved only for residents of this unit. [Other guests will use the garden only for lake access.] A table for eight people and four lounge chairs are also available. The view from the apartment overlooks a small dock and the lake. This palazzo enjoys a quiet location, since the road leading to the house is used only by other locals and people tying up at the dock. During the summer, however, the dock can be a little noisy.
