Description:With panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez, it would be tempting to wile away the days and evenings in the hammock on our covered terrace watching the world go by, but there is too much to do in this luxury rosort to stay in one place for long. Our professionally decorated 3565 sq. ft.second home includes TWO master suites with jaccuzis, marble baths, double sinks,ceiling fans, flat screen HD T.V. 's, blackout drapes and terraces. One suite has a queen bed and the other has 2 queen beds. The third bedroom has an ensuite bath, twin beds and ceiling fan. The living area includes a sitting area surrounding a 47 flat screen HD T.V., a marble topped dining table that seats 6, and a state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and eating bar with leather stools. There is also a full laundry room and half bath for guests. One Master includes a kitchenette, has a seperate entrance, a private terrace and can be rented seperately for up to four people (see price list). r nAt over 1240 sq. feet, our covered terrace is one of the largest in the building and is a perfect second living space, including a second sitting area for six, a glass topped dining table for six, a double hammock in a teak stand, and ceiling fans. Enjoy the luxury yachts sailing by, share cocktails while the sun sets over the sea, or relax over an alfresco meal in the gentle breeze. r nThe entire home, including the terraces, have Egyptian marble floors, 10 ' ceilings, expansive sliding doors to the terrace, seperate zones of air conditioning, WIFI, satellite T.V. with HBO, and is fully handicap accessible. While our home is perfect for couples, we are also child friendly. r nOur second home is on the first floor of the building and located near the breathtaking lobby with full concierge service. In addition to a private pool with shower and changing room, you will enjoy the state of the art gym and game room with pool table and table tennis. There is an additional billard table on the mezanine level of the lobby. Located 10 minutes from the resort (a free shuttle runs every two hours)the City is one of the cleanest, friendliest and safest cities in Mexico. At 450 years old, it is one of the last real Mexican cities, with old haciendas, museums, universities, state of the art hospitals, fabulous shopping and hundreds of restaurants from small cafes to elegant dining. The City hosts fiestas and concerts throughout the year and hosts the best Carnivale in all of Baja. Situated on the Sea of Cortez, La Paz has one of the most beautiful Malecons (walking boulevards on the waters ' edge) in all of Mexico. You will be welcomed with open arms everywhere you go and since this is not a typical resort town you won 't be assaulted by street vendors. Although the summers can be quite warm in La Paz, it is a very popular time for big game fishermen. As the water warms, the fish swarm into the Sea of Cortez, and day fishing trips from Costa Baja are always in demand.
