It has the most amazing views of water and the islands. The photos simply do not do justice to how stunning the views are. They also appeared to us to be the best views in the whole Airlie beach region! There is a lovely hot-water spa which we made use of every day and an infinity pool. The Studio apartment feels large and is very tastefully decorated. There is no TV reception but there is a hard-drive that has some really good movies and a lot of good TV shows, as well as music. The facilities have everything you could want to cook a meal or do a grill outside and we could not recommend this more as a couple 's getaway to really get away from it all in paradise. Anon, 18 July 2011 n nWhat an amazing few days we had staying at the Whitsunday retreat. It was a perfect place to spend a honeymoon. To open your eyes in the morning to see the tree covered islands and the turquoise sea was just magical. The apartment was ideal for any couple even though the weather was not fantastic we were able to chill in absoute comfort and style. The infinity pool and then the warm jaccuci melted our aches away after long tropical walks and lazy days at Coral Beach. We must thank Cathi and Ron for picking us up from the Harbour with cases etc. They made us fill so welcome! June 2012 n nAbsolutely UNBELIEVABLE place!!!! Stayed a week, wish we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect, it was close enough to Airlie Beach to enjoy the restuarants but we loved being away from noisy people Aug12 n nThe apartment contains everything you need and has the most breath taking views. We found it to be a great, quiet place to use as a base for tours in the Whitsundays. nWe would recommend hiring a car, but most tour companies will pick you up within a short walking distance, so it is possible to do without. nThank you very much to our hosts and to Catherine. It was a very lovely holiday and we would like to come back one day soon. Its the finer details that impress, music playing softly on arrival, and loads of movie 's and music to play on our quiet moments. Although not in the hub of Airlie Beach the apartment is very centralised, only 10 minutes away by bus. Have we mentioned the views out over the harbour, world class. We highly recommend the Whitsudays World Heritage Retreat as the perfect holiday apartment. Thank you Cath and Ron, a wonderful experience!!!! n nAbsolutely stunning views I 've the harbor and so worth the privacy of having your own infinity pool and spa. My favorite part was the feeling of being a local with our own beach path down to the waters edge and fishing on the rocks, finding our own oysters etc. Absolutely magical- we didn 't want to leave! n nIf you 're debating whether or not to stay here then stop. JUST BOOK IT, its incredible, it has breathtaking views, lovely Jacuzzi and pool, its a very relaxing place to stay and very close access to the Airlie Beach and the Barrier Reef tours etc. Very clean and modern, you wont want to leave. DO IT n nStunning place! A brilliant 5 days of relaxation! The property and owners were just fabulous. Will definitely be going back! n n
