Description:Our comfy Cottage is located in the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands. It is situated in a private residential neighborhood in the Grace Bay area of Providenciales just a short 8 minute walk, or a 3 minute pedaling drive with our complimentary bicycles, to the world famous Grace Bay Beach. It is within walking distance to many of the islands attractions and activities e28093 shopping, dining, pubs, casino and golf. n nThe Cottage features an open concept design with King Size Bed in a lofted upstairs bedroom, vaulted wood beam ceiling, and two deck door walkouts. One door leads to the front porch, the other patio leads to a private screeened-in furnished deck with a garden view and fully waterproof roof/deck. From this deck you can go up our staircase to the viewing deck to take in beautiful views of the island and sunset. n nThe interior features a fully equipped kitchen designed for optimum functionality. The TV area has a pull-out sofa and 32 Flat Screen TV with cable, Wi-Fi and DVD player. The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer, gas stove, with granite counter tops and back splash, coffee maker, blender, microwave, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, mugs, glasses, etc... n nConvenient, comfy, safe, secure, affordable and fully renovated. n nThe Unique Benefits of this Cottage n nThe weather is beautiful here and the cottage gets great breezes all year round which is why our property has three decks and two large sliding doors.
