The 2 bedroom Bamboo Cottage is set in the tropical gardens. nThe 3 bedroom Sea View Cottage is also set in the gardens with the most amazing views of the sea. The main 4 bedroom Kai Kala Villa is set above the swimming pool overlooking the sea. nACCOMMODATION nMAIN HOUSE KAI KALA – 4 BEDROOM VILLA – The entrance to the Villa is presented by a Perspex bridge with a stream and waterfall filled with golden koi fish and beautiful gardens. The entrance to the main house has a wooden staircase that splits into two levels. Upstairs leads to 3 of the 4 bedrooms with the 4th bedroom being on the ground level along with the living room, dining room, bar, veranda and pool deck. nThe Villa boasts a salt water pool has blue mosaic tiles and hot tub with jets. The pool deck is surrounded with tiles and 8 lounge chairs, 3 umbrellas and 4 floats for your complete pleasure. The veranda has a wrought iron table with seating for 10 people, perfect for outdoor dining. nThe bar area opens onto both the living room and veranda with the most original seating design, 4 hands carved of wood. The bar area is equipped with an ice machine, water dispenser, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator and a wine storage unit. nThe living room is well equipped with a flat screen TV, cable, DVD player and internet and two ceiling fans. For your additional pleasure we have provided board games such as, Pictionary, Dominoes and Backgammon. The Villas high windows open out onto the water feature which adds a beautiful backdrop to the most scenic tropical views. nAdjoining the living room is the Dining room, which has a table that seats 8 people which also overlooks the water feature cascading outside the row of windows. This leads into the fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner gas stove, toaster, oven, microwave and refrigerator. A coffee maker and blender are also available and can be located in the bar area. nBedroom 1 - Features a king sized bed with flat screen TV and cable. It is equipped with A/C a ceiling fan and windows that overlook the gardens, pool and views of the Caribbean Sea. The bedroom has a digital safe. The en-suite bathroom has the added bonus of a tub and shower. nBedroom 2 - Master Suite – Features a king size bed and flat screen TV with cable. There is A/C, a ceiling fan and telephone in the bedroom. A digital safe is also in this room. This bedroom has its own private patio with a wooden plantation chair for viewing the pool and Sea views. nThe spectacular Master Suite Bathroom has a Kohler whirlpool tub enclosed by wooden louvers and glass on 3 sides, his and her closets and stone basins with double mirrors adding to the complete sense of luxury. There is also a plug for a shaver or hair dryer. The toilet has its own louvered enclosure. nThis room expands into a large pebble tiled shower, with glass walls that open onto the private patio that looks straight out to Sea. The en-suite bathroom features a rain shower along with a hand held shower with 3 massaging jets. Lush plants fill the rear of the shower area creating the ultimate feeling of tranquillity inside and out.. nBedroom 3 - Features two queen size beds, telephone flat screen TV with cable, A/C, ceiling fan and digital safe. This room also has a small private patio and windows that overlook the pool, Sea and garden. The en-suite bathroom has a tub and shower. A stone basin and countertop compliments this area. nBedroom 4 - This bedroom is downstairs and opens from both the living room onto the veranda through French doors. It has a queen size bed and flat screen TV with cable and a beautiful lounge area. Windows overlook both the pool and gardens and out to sea. The bathroom which is not en suite has a tiled shower with tiled seat at the rear. A stone countertop and basin compliment this area. n3 BEDROOM VILLA– SEA VIEW nThe entrance is presented with steps that take you down to the Sea View cottage with a perfectly positioned wooden deck at the front of the house with table, chairs and a barbeque great for outdoor dining. The hot tub provides an amazing opportunity to indulge and glimpse the sea through the tropical trees. nThe living/dining room - Comfortably seats 6 people with a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, cable and telephone. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, 4-slice toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery and glassware. nBedroom 1 – Is a brightly coloured room with a double bed, flat screen TV with cable, A/C and ceiling fan. A well-cushioned bay window overlooks the Sea and tropical gardens. The bedroom has a digital safe and en -suite bathroom with tiled shower. nBedroom 2 – Has a double bed with flat screen TV with cable, A/C, ceiling fan and a digital safe, with views of the tropical garden. A small, mosaic tiled shower completes this room. nMaster Bedroom – This room has a king sized bed with A/C, ceiling fan and a flat screen TV with cable. There is also a phone and a digital safe. French doors open out onto the wooden deck, overlooking the hot tub. nThe large Master-suite bathroom has a tub and a shower with a window looking out to Sea. Featured is a modern counter top with stone basin and L-shaped double closet, plugs a shaver and hair dryer. A window by the tub compliments the room with amazing views of the Sea. n1 BEDROOM – HIDEAWAY - Overlooks the Caribbean Sea. The bedroom has wooden floors with a king size bed dominating the room. The bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV, cable, A/C, ceiling fan and electronic digital safe. nThe pebble-tiled indoor bathroom has a bath-tub and shower with plugs for an electric shaver or hairdryer. A door from the bathroom opens onto an amazing grilled, beautiful stone cut, open air shower. The Living room has a comfortable sofa with two plantation chairs and a ceiling fan. The kitchen has a mini-fridge and a small table for indoor dining. nFrench doors from the living room open onto a private, split-level wooden deck directly overlooking the Sea, featuring two hot tubs with jets. The hot tub is surrounded by wooden fencing providing you with ultimate privacy. There is a barbecue and small table for outdoor dining. n2 BEDROOM – BAMBOO COTTAGE - Set in the tropical gardens, the 2 bedroom Bamboo Cottage provides the perfect authentic retreat and definitely lives up to its name. The pebble-tiled entrance leads into the living / dining room, charmingly decorated with bamboo furniture in a spacious seating area with 2 ceiling fans, flat screen TV, Cable and windows giving you the most perfect garden views. nFrom the living room entrance is the kitchen with another table with seating for 2, refrigerator, 4-burner electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery and utensils.
