Description:This room is our spare bedroom/office space with a single bed that can pull out to a double bed. It is suitable for a single traveler or a couple. We have a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and shower/tub which we will share during your stay with us. Depending on the length of your stay, and Amir may or may not need access to his computer which is in the spare room for work. The apartment itself is located on the 3rd floor in the Kiriat Sharet Neighborhood of Holon, which is a city just south-southeast of Tel Aviv. We live within a 5 minute walk from lots of different bus lines to Tel Aviv and the surrounding areas. In Holon there are over 10 different museums, a water park, lots of small parks and green areas, and plenty of shopping as well. The water park is called Yamit 2000, and it has all sorts of water slides. It is adjacent to the Peres Park, and the Childrens Museum. The Peres Park is a nice green park, good for picnics. In the Childrens Museum there is an amazing exhibit, Dialogue in the Dark, which shows you what it's like to be blind. There is a Cactus Garden, with all sorts of different types of cactuses and small statues. A Japanese Garden with a pagoda in the middle, surrounded by flowing water and a small waterfall. Two banks, a supermarket, local grocery stores, a few home supply stores, a produce store, and all sorts of other stores are also in the area. All of this within a 7 minute walk of the apartment! A little bit further is the main shopping strip in Holon, and the Holon Mall. There are a few different marked running paths here, plus the one that we like to do, in which we run from the apartment to the outskirts of Holon and run next to the Grapefruit groves in the area. Hopefully while you're here we'll also have some free time to show you around, or at least give you some tips and advice as to what to see and how to get there. See you soon! :)
