Portwrinkle has two sand and shingle beaches one of which is Finnygook Beach and is popular with experienced surfers plus there are plenty of rock pools for the kids to explore. n nThe South West Coast Path is just 50 metres away and is perfect for enjoying leisurely walk taking in the spectacular views of the coastline. The dramatic views can be enjoyed from the nearby golf course which offers a combination challenging and straight forward holes to suit all levels of ability. n nNearby is the award winning Bay Restaurant, a superb eatery that uses only locally sourced produce. For a traditional pub lunch, the newly refurbished Finnygook Inn is worth a visit and is within a 10 minute walk, as is the Crafthole Community shop which offers newspapers, milk, lovely homemade cakes and essentials. For an extra special treat on arrival they can deliver a welcome basket to the Fish Cellars.
