Description:Since we have owned this property, we have had a new air conditioning unit installed. We removed all of the carpets and tiled the floors which helps keep cool in the hot weather and is easy to clean. We have retiled the master bathroom and are constantly decorating and upgrading the furniture. It is fully furnished and sleeps 8 people in comfort. All living space is fully air conditioned, plus ceiling fans and the open plan layout gives a feeling of spaciousness. Cable television and high speed wireless internet is provided. The family room has a 42?plasma tv with dvd and a vhs player. There are televisions in all of the bedrooms and an lcd tv with dvd in the master bedroom. A telephone is available for your use, all local calls being free. We have a high chair, cot and push chair if needed. Our kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge freezer, coffee percolator, and all crockery, cutlery and utensils. In fact everything you need to help you prepare a simple snack or a full meal. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus iron and ironing board, so no expensive laundry charges. Bed linen, towels and hair dryers are provided for your personal use. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a games room with pool and football tables, separate lounge, dining, family and breakfast rooms. The south facing pool (30ft x 22ft) is fully screened and heated. There is a large lanai if you prefer to relax in the shade and plenty of poolside furniture and pool towels are all on site for your enjoyment. Family Room The family room has a 42? plasma television with dvd and a vcr player, and a radio/cd player. There are patio doors leading to the pool deck. Living Room The large comfortable living room is ideal to relax in after a tiring day out. It has 2 comfortable couches, one of which converts to a queen size bed. It has the benefit of wireless high speed internet access. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker etc. There are plenty of pots, pans and dishes for cooking and unbreakable dishes for use around the pool area. Dining Room The dining room is ideal for a formal evening meal, overlooks the pool area. Breakfast Room The Breakfast area is suited to a relaxed atmosphere to discuss and plan your day. Utility Room With washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Pool The south facing pool (30ft x 22ft) is fully screened to keep out insects and is equipped with electric heating for the winter months. There is a lanai if you prefer to relax in the shade. Pool side furniture includes 5 loungers with a small table, plus a table and 5 chairs pool towels are all on site for your enjoyment. Master Bedroom The master bedroom has a king size bed, a television with DVD player. There is a walk in wardrobe a dressing table and bed side cabinets and radio alarm clock. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, bath WC and a twin bowl vanity unit. There is a hair dryer, hair straighteners and plenty of towels for your use. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom has a queen size bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets with a television and radio alarm clock. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom has twin beds, a built in wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinet and a television. Bedroom 4 The fourth bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cupboards with a television and radio alarm clock. Bathroom The second bathroom is situated between bed 2 and 3. There is a sink, wc and bath with shower over. There is a hair dryer, hair straighteners and plenty of towels available. Games Room The games room has a small fridge for cold drinks, a pool table and football table. All rooms benefit from air conditioning and also have ceiling fans. There is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. If you have small children we also have a high chair, cot and push chair available for your use.
