Description:We still have a few summer dates available for your family getaway! Summer isn't complete without a trip to the beach! n n2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Penthouse Condo on the Beach (sleeps 6) n nWe have a lovely, newly renovated Ocean view penthouse condominium in Royal Mansions Resorts. nThe condo is a 2 story penthouse with 2 bedroom suites and 2 full bathrooms (1050 sq ft). The master bedroom is on the upper level with a Queen size bed and features a vanity/dressing area, large walk in closet and a master bath with both a tub as well as a separate shower. The main floor suite has 2 twin beds, a lot of storage space and a walkout to the patio. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. All linens are included. There is a queen sized pull-out couch in the living room for extra accommodations. (It is the most comfortable pull out couch we have ever seen!) n nOther amenities within the cond washer and dryer in the unit, free wifi, cable with HBO and air conditioning as well as ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped... we enjoy cooking when we are on holiday! We also have beach equipment for you to use... beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards. n nThe Resort complex is lovely.... the grounds are beautifully maintained and it feels like a Caribbean resort. There is a heated pool and hot tub on the grounds and we also have a private access to the beach. There is free wifi so you can upload all your fabulous pics or e-mail them home! n nWe are located on the north end of Cocoa Beach... there are so many wonderful things to do. It is the surfing capital of North America, hosts many eco-tourism opportunities, you can kayak with manatees and dolphins, visit the Kennedy Space Centre, watch a satellite being launched or take a short drive (45 mins) to Orlando and Disney attractions. There are too many fun things to list! Even the sea turtles love it here! Five of the eight species of turtles nest along the beach. n nPlease note: During the months of January, February and March we are only renting by the month.
