This house was completely renovated & updated and is situated on a 3 acre parcel on King Lake. An extremely quiet area on a dead end street, you will not be disturbed by anything but nature. nThe fishing is awesome from the private dock! The Lake allows any nboat or Jet Ski. House has everything waiting for you. The large kitchen with granite counter tops feature all stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, etc. etc. There is also a gas grille outside you are also welcome to use. Basic cable is included as well as internet access. nIt is important to us that everything you need is here for you. n nThe large family room boasts an awesome fireplace, with a sectional ncouch, and a TV for your enjoyment. A dvd player is there if nwish to sit back and relax and enjoy some movies. You will find a stereo system and CD player to be able to relax, and enjoy some music by the fireplace. The kitchen and living room look out over the lake, offering you a spectacular view. There are sliding glass doors leading you right to the back deck. There are also sliding glass doors off the master bedroom that lead you to the rear deck where a wicker table and chairs are situated for you to enjoy some quiet time. nThe bathroom off the master suite has double sinks, a spectacular tub and a separate shower. The bathroom on the opposite side of the house between, but separated from, the other 2 bedrooms is a full bath with a shower only. Both bathrooms have all the linens that you could want. A hair dryer is already here as well. There is a washer and dryer to help you with any laundry needs that you might have while you are staying with us. An iron and ironing board are also there if you should need them. The master bedroom has a King size bed, another has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has one full bed in it. nCleaning service is provided at the end of your stay. nThis house is perfect for everything, whether you want to relax or spend all day at Bursh Gardens, you can have the best of both worlds here! n nTampa is easily accessible via the veterans express way which is 6 miles from the house, and Tampa Airport is less than a half hour drive. n nFor those traveling with kids, we can provide any of the following items. n n* Pack and Play n n* Booster seats n n* Stroller n n* Bicycle n n* Just ask we can probably help your needs. n nFish out your back door.
