Plus, it 's near the beach and Cruz Bay so you really can 't go wrong while at this Caribbean rental. n n(7,800 sq ft) This villa is situated in the gated community of Peter Bay and offers exceptional views over the beach below and the Caribbean Sea beyond. An outdoor covered terrace is accessible from the villa 's main sitting room and has cushioned wicker chairs and ottomans looking directly to the sea. Accessible from the villa 's kitchen is another covered patio with a gas barbecue as well as a dining table with chairs. A small external staircase from the terrace leads down to an open sitting area with chairs, a wet bar with an icemaker and mini fridge, a guest bathroom, and onto the Jacuzzi, which is near a landscaped lawn. From this terrace as well are a few steps leading down to the private circular swimming pool (30ft x 4ft). St. John also has many different hiking trails that range in length and difficulty, especially through Virgin Island 's National Park, which makes up over 7,000 acres. In addition to hiking trails, there are coral reefs, beaches, historical ruins, and guided tours. For more cultural activities, every spring means the annual arrival of the St. John Blues Festival where nearly everyone on this island will be celebrating with live music, games, and more.
