Description:This magnificent villa on the waterfront of St. John’,s Great Cruz Bay is surely a sight to see. Within its own oasis of palm trees, an enormous swimming pool with a waterfall, a pool cabana, and a swim-up bar, you’,ll not only the spectacular views but luxuriousness living while spending the holidays in the Caribbean. And you are only a 10-minute walk from a beach! You and your guests will also be near Cruz Bay, arguably St. John’,s most attractive areas with restaurants, shops, and more! n nThis villa is situated on St John’,s waterfront and features an expansive outdoor living area with couches, two barbecues, a ping-pong table, and sun loungers, which are all near the private swimming pool with waterfall (64ft x 46ft). There is a poolside entertainment pavilion with large-screen TV with cable, DVD player, and a wet bar with an icemaker, beverage cooler, and dishwasher. Nearby is a powder room and an outdoor shower. Parking is available within the property grounds. n nMain Villa (7560 sq ft) nMain level: The villa’,s Great Room features high-arched windows and stonework crafted in the classic St. John style. This expansive room is furnished with many couches and chairs, perfect for a large group. The dining area has a mahogany table with 14 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher as well as a pass-through window to the poolside dining area. Near the kitchen is a family room with a large flat-screen TV with cable, DVD player, and a table for cards or games. There are also French doors leading outside to the patios and pool. There are two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and tub. A hallway leads to the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. nUpper level: Twin mahogany staircases lead up to the top floor where there are five bedrooms, each overlooking the pool and Great Cruz Bay. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV with cable, DVD player, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and tub. At the top of one of the staircases is an alcove with a desk and printer as well as a two-twin trundle bed for up to two additional guests. nCottage (1050 sq ft) nUpper level: Situated to the side of the Main Villa, the cottage is an apartment suite with a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. There is a living area with a couch and table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The bedroom has two queen-sized beds and the bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower. There is also a 2-twin trundle bed in the living room for two additional guests. n nThe villa is on the waterfront above Great Cruz Bay beach and a 10-minute walk will take you there. A 20-minute drive will take you to St. John's main village, Cruz Bay. Cruz Bay is full of shops, restaurants, and markets. Because Cruz Bay is the most popular among visitors, there are many different types of activities such as sailing, scuba diving, and jet skiing. St. John also has many different hiking trails that range in length and difficulty, especially through Virgin Island's National Park, which makes up over 7,000 acres. In addition to hiking trails, there are coral reefs, beaches, historical ruins, and guided tours. For more cultural activities, every spring means the annual arrival of the St. John Blues Festival where nearly everyone on this island will be celebrating with live music, games, and more.
