Description:This house was built back in the 1950s and is a true beach house. There is a really quaint water fountain in the tiled area inside the fenced in back yard with a picnic area and covered patio. An outside shower is right under the stairs providing limited privacy. nTwo decks with views and is ? block to the ocean. Although when we bought it, we did not have a telephone or Dish TV, we now have made sure that there are all the modern conveniences that most people expect, including high speed internet and flat screen TVs nSix people could stay here comfortably. nPet Friendly and Non-Smoking! nUpstairs has an open Living/Dining/Kitchen area with warm colors and an antique wood floor, ceiling fan, central ac/heat with a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer and more cooking utensils than you will ever need. nThe living room is furnished with a 2 comfortable couches, chair and ottoman. We have Satelite TV (flat screen) in both the bedroom and living area, DVD/VCR, stereo and other island dc3a9cor. nThe bedroom upstairs has a king size bed, other bedroom furniture and a closet and deck off the back for sunning and watching the fireworks in the summer and holidays. There is also a private bathroom. The covered deck in the front of the house has lots of patio furniture with a slight view of the bridge on the bayside making this a great place to hang out and enjoy the tropical breezes with a margarita. nThe downstairs efficiency (separate from upstairs – great for another couple or responsible children to enjoy) has a queen size futon and a king size bed with a sitting area and other island furniture with 2 ceiling fans and an AC window unit and floor heaters, if needed. It comes with satelite TV/DVD, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, linens, towels, small supply of plates, cups, etc. The large Mexican tiled bathroom gives you plenty of room. nWe have also provided a gas grill for your use. PET FRIENDLY - we have a huge fenced in back yard for them to romp in. nImagine - kicked back on the front deck with a tropical drink, the sea breeze and thee!
